About working together
Who's Outpost for?
Owner-operated local businesses in the East Valley — coffee shops, home services, wellness studios, trades. You’re running the whole thing yourself. The social posting, the website, the reviews, the ads — that’s a second job you didn’t sign up for. We take it off your plate.
Do you work with clients outside Arizona?
Sometimes. On-site content shoots (Signal and Flagship tiers) require Arizona — we drive to you, we don’t fly. But the Foundation tier, the website builds, and most add-ons work anywhere. If you’re outside Arizona and a monthly content shoot is important to you, we’re probably not the right studio.
What's the process after I book a call?
A 20-minute intro call covers your business, your goals, and which tier fits. If we’re a match, we send a scope doc within 24 hours. You review, we start. First month of a retainer (or the kickoff week of a website build) begins within 10 business days.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within 2 weeks. We take a limited number of clients each quarter, so there’s no backlog. If every current slot is full we’ll say so directly. We don’t run a waitlist that goes nowhere.
About the work
Who owns the photos, copy, and designs?
You do. Everything we make for you — social posts, photos, graphics, site copy, design files — is yours to keep. We retain the right to show finished work in our own portfolio unless you’d rather we didn’t. Say so and we won’t.
How many posts will I get a month?
Depends on the tier. Foundation is 12 posts (3 per week). Signal is 20 posts (5 per week). Flagship is 30 posts (nearly daily). Exact platform split is discussed in kickoff. Quality matters more than raw count — we’d rather post 3 good things a week than 7 filler posts.
Can I see content before it goes live?
Yes. Every post is visible in a shared content calendar 7–10 days out. You can edit, swap, or veto anything. Most clients check in once a week. If you’re busy and want us to just run it, tell us and we will.
What if I don't like something you made?
We redo it. Creative work includes a reasonable number of revision rounds — usually 2 per piece, though in practice we rarely need them because the calendar gets eyes on everything before it posts. If something lands completely wrong, we start over. Not on the clock.
Logistics & payment
Are there contracts?
No. Every monthly retainer is month-to-month. Website builds are a one-time payment with scope defined upfront. You can cancel any service before the next billing date and owe nothing further.
How do I cancel?
Email us before your next billing date — we send a reminder 5 days before each charge. We confirm cancellation in writing. No forms to fill out, no exit fees, no “are you sure” phone call.
What does everything cost?
Monthly retainers start at $997/mo. Website builds are $1,997 or $3,997 one-time. Every add-on is priced line by line on the à la carte menu. Full details on the pricing page.
