Month-to-month, no lock-in

Every Outpost engagement is month-to-month. There are no 12-month contracts. Cancel any time by email, effective the following billing cycle.

Who owns what

You own the content we create for you — the copy, the photos, the website files. We retain the right to display the finished work in our own portfolio and case studies.

Limits

Outpost is a small studio. Our liability on any engagement is capped at the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
